Quite the eventful day...

On Monday, May 26th in the year of our Lord 2003, I, Alexander Samuel Hyun, COOKED. Let it be known to all that I CAN follow a recipe and make a dish (that is not any sort of pasta dish). Under the tutelage and inspiration of Linda Pak (a connoisseur in the culinary arts), I was able to make some pretty good stuff, if I don't say so myself. The dish? Aussie Chicken. (Check it out on www.allrecipes.com.) I'm quite proud of myself. I wanna show my mommy! Hahaha! (Trust me. If I can do this, anyone freakin' can.)

It's such a pity that I probably won't cook like this too often. Cooking is too dang time-consuming... I had a great time doing it and all, but I can't imagine myself doing this on my own. After all, I'm all about speed. (I can cook and eat pasta in 15 minutes. Beat that!) Hahaha... Even so, a great experience...

I also watched Spirited Away with Linda and Vickie. I like Japanese animation. :)

A happy birthday to one of my best friends, John Song! Yeah, I knew they were gonna dress you up and make you dance. (I didn't know you were gonna have to wear a coconut bra though. Heh.) What you gonna do about it, sucka??? Hahaha... I was thinking what I should get this shek for his birthday. What came to mind was a T-shirt with the Los Angeles Lakers logo, the Larry O'Brien NBA championship trophy, and the following words imprinted: "2002-2003 NBA Chumps...4-Peat". Hahaha! I'm kidding! I'll get you something nice soon. May you have many, many more happy birthdays, bro.

Hahaha... Happy birthday to you too Mitch! In the midst of finals, I kinda left you hanging. We'll chill sometime this week, because I'm freakin' HOME!
